Once your order is confirmed and prepared for shipping, the shipping company will contact you by message to confirm that you still wish to receive the order.

Please make sure to confirm your order with the shipping company. If you no longer want the order, please inform them before it goes out for delivery. This helps us avoid unnecessary delivery attempts and returned shipments.

Delivery Time

Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days
Other Governorates: 3–5 business days
Remote Governorates & Areas: 4–6 business days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly depending on your location, courier availability, weekends, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Package Inspection

Customers are allowed to open and inspect the package while the courier is present.

Please check your order carefully before accepting it. If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has any visible issue, please return it immediately with the courier.

Once you accept the package and the courier leaves, the order will be considered successfully received.
